SB 12 – Repealing Requirements to Carry Concealed Guns

Dan Innis voted to repeal the existing law. Mindi Messmer and Kate Murray voted to keep the requirements in place. Is Dan Innis voting for his Seacoast District or for the NRA?  This bill repealed a long standing licensing requirement for carrying a concealed pistol or revolver.
