What Happened To:
Under the headline, “Edelblut town hall draws ire as questions chosen by moderator ,” the Concord Monitor reports on yesterday’s town hall meeting: New Hampshire Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut took – and sometimes ducked – questions from an oft-restive town hall audience at New England College on Friday.
This bill was voted inexpedient to legislate. It never left the House of Representatives. Kate Murray and Mindi Messner both voted to keep buffer zone in place.

Dan Innis voted to repeal the existing law. Mindi Messmer and Kate Murray voted to keep the requirements in place. Is Dan Innis voting for his Seacoast District or for the NRA? This bill repealed a long standing licensing requirement for carrying a concealed pistol or revolver.
We took immediate action here. On March 16, the senate voted on SB 83 14-9, Dan Innis voting with the R majority to kill the bill.
