Going to the public hearing this Wed at 2:00 PM (in the Legislative Office Building)

How HB404 could stop the GBP:

HB404 would give Epping residents the right to vote on whether Liberty Utilities is allowed to build a massive Liquified Natural (Fracked) Gas storage facility in their town. In order for for the facility to be built 2/3s of the town would need to vote in favor.

The fracked gas facility along with the pipeline are dangerous and unnecessary. Not to mention they will take the money we spend on energy out of NH hurting our state’s economy. This is perhaps one of the most important bills that will be heard this legislative session.

Thank you for taking action!

Mary Ann and Christine
