Please consider voicing support for SB 365 as there are both Democrats and Republicans supporting this bill. This is a technical bill but it has to do with renewable electricity generation supply. It is as simple as just stating you are in favor of this bill.
  • SB 365.  This is a bill to allow existing renewable Qualifying Facilities to receive a rate pegged to 80% of the default energy supply rate. It passed committee 3-0 asought-to-pass.

ANALYSIS

This bill provides for the solicitation of renewable electricity generation supply as part of the periodic solicitation of default energy service by the state’s electric distribution companies.
