What the bill does –This bill increases the limit on contributions to the Community Development Finance Authority for which an investment tax credit may be taken.

Support / Oppose – Please Support

Why – This is a great bill to increase public-private partnership investments that go toward clean energy and community development projects.   NH Sustainable Energy Association (NHSEA) supports this bill. It is currently in the House Ways and Means Committee with an Ought-to-Pass as an amended recommendation. Please support this bill as it makes its way to the full House floor for a vote.
